Subscription & Shipping Policies

Cypress & Reed runs on a monthly membership. Billing is on a 30 day cycle and renews automatically unless canceled before that date. Each month’s piece ships on or around the 9th of the month, delivering a limited release straight to your door. 

Members can join at any point during the month to receive that drop. Signups after the last day of each month will be on the following months shipment. All payments are final once processed, but we stand behind our gear—if something arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. 

To keep things running smooth, any updates to your account, including cancellations or address changes, must be made before the next billing date.
